Our kettlebell program is based on the proven methodologies of StrongFirst and the RKC (Russian Kettlebell Certification). With trainers certified in both SFG and RKC training methodologies we can ensure that you receive the highest level of tuition. Whilst this is labeled a kettlebell class, the kettlebell is really just our primary tool for practising this training program. Participants will learn many incredibly beneficial kettlebell excercises, but we will also utilise other training methods such as body weight and barbell based drills.
This class is well suited to students whose abilities range from fitness novices to professional athletes. Programs will be customised for varying ability levels to ensure that you receive the best results possible. We have a strong focus on building a solid foundation of technique, strength and mobility that will serve as the platform to then target your personal training goals whether they be endurance, power, strength, mobility, general physical preparedness or weight loss.
