Programs

At Latitude 44 Fitness we offer a wide variety of programs to ensure that we best cater for your goals and fitness preferences be they personal or sporting performance specific.  Our all in one membership options enable you to mix an match any number of programs all under the one membership.  That is, if you have a three day a week membership you could attend two CrossFit classes per week and one Kettlebell class every week.
